Hi I'm Victoria, a Pilates instructor and personal trainer committed to empowering women to move better, get stronger and feel great.

I specialise in one-to-one training, combining strength training and reformer Pilates, to help my clients build confidence in how they move, find joy in training by making it work for their lifestyle and ultimately feel amazing in their bodies — inside and out.

I believe in training that’s built around you—your goals, your body and your lifestyle. With a focus on quality movement and sustainable progress, I'll help you build strength and improve mobility, on your terms.

 

I specialise in one-to-one training so you’ll always get personal support and expert guidance. Whether you prefer the support of in-person sessions, the flexibility of online coaching or a combination of both, I have options that will work for you in just two simple steps.

Every training plan begins with a one-on-one consult. This is where I learn about you:  your goals, your body , your lifestyle and your training history. It’s an opportunity to make sure we’re aligned and to build a plan that works for you.

Initial Consult

60 mins - £65

Choose from in-person or via Zoom. We’ll cover:

  • Your goals, lifestyle and training experience

  • Any injuries, limitations and medical history 

  • A movement assessment to identify strengths and areas to improve

  • Goal-setting to create a clear and effective plan that fits your life

Pilates Training Session

Private Studio Sessions

60 mins - £60 or 30 mins - £30

Train one-to-one in a fully-equipped studio featuring both strength equipment and Pilates reformer. With real-time feedback and expert adjustments you'll move better, get stronger and feel great! 

 

Studio locations:

  • Cholesbury (near Tring, Chesham, Berkhamsted, Wendover)

  • Bourne End (near Marlow, Beaconsfield, Cookham)

Private Online Sessions 

45 mins - £45

No travel, no hassle—just expert coaching, wherever you are. These live Zoom sessions deliver all the benefits of in-person training, with real-time feedback, technique adjustments and ongoing motivation to help you stay consistent, supported and making progress from anywhere.

Online via App

£19.50 per month

This is the most flexible, affordable option for those with busy schedules or who prefer to train independently. Receive a personalised workout plan with video demonstrations, track your progress and message me directly for support—all from your phone.

BONUS! 

All weekly 1:1 sessions (in-person or online) include app access, so you can stay on track with a personalised home workout plan between sessions—the fastest way to make progress.
